Warranty
UYN products come with a warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects. UYN BIOTECH products and all UYN SOCKS are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, while all other products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
2-year Warranty: Products damaged due to manufacturing defects will be repaired. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new one.
Lifetime Warranty: All UYN SOCKS and BIOTECH products come with a lifetime warranty. Simply sign up below to activate it, and if your purchased item gets damaged, we’ll ensure you receive a discount on a new product.

Once we receive your claim, our team will carefully review the information you’ve provided. If needed, we may reach out for additional details or photos to ensure we have a full understanding of the situation.
If your claim is approved, we’ll take care of it by offering one of the following solutions:
- Repair: In case the item can be reapired this will be our first option.
- Replacement: If your product can't be repaired, we'll replace it with an equivalent or similar item.
In some cases, based on our evaluation, we will offer a discount on the next purchase. Please keep in mind that the final decision on warranty claims rests with UYN. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
