 has been in existence for more than 60 years. During this time, the Red Dot has become established as a mark of quality for award-winning design. The Red Dot Award: Product Design 2021 is open to submissions around 50 categories and two metacategories. 
International experts assess the products submitted. The jury is made up of roughly 40 designers, design professors and specialists from all over the world. 
The “Red Dot” is the award for high design quality. The international jury only awards this sought-after seal of quality to products that feature an outstanding design.

The Red Dot Design Award

Light and multifunctional, the UYN EXCELERATION neck tube can be used to protect the neck from the wind but also as a bandana against the sun's rays. The 3D knit fabric absorbs sweat, dries quickly and features areas with a more open structure to promote breathing when the neck tube is raised over the mouth. In addition, 4-WAYS VENTILATION technology with three-dimensional micro ribs allows air to circulate over the skin for extreme comfort.

A special manufacturing technology ensures optimal ventilation all over the skin surface. On the inside, fine ribs are incorporated in the fabric to create a gap between skin and fabric and allow air to circulate more freely. This ensures a rapid dispersion of sweat, preventing it from freezing on the skin.
