Where can I track the status of my order?
You can track the progress of your order on the Orders page in your account. Additionally, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Which countries do you deliver to?
You can select your delivery country at the bottom of each page on the site. If your country is not listed, it means we do not currently deliver to there.
How much does delivery cost?
If your order does not qualify for free delivery, delivery costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, based on the destination.
Any temporary shipping promotions will be announced on our website or through our newsletter.

Note: Deliveries to islands and remote areas may have longer delivery times than those indicated.
***If the product comes from a US warehouse, delivery costs $14.90 and is free for orders over $270. If one or more items are shipped from Europe, the delivery cost is $24.90. The total cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and their origin.
Are there additional costs for delivery to non-EU countries?
Yes, for shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. In these cases, it is not possible to predict the amount of duties, nor are we responsible for their calculation by local customs authorities.
Exceptions are Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, where duties are already included in the price at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, on weekdays. During checkout, you will find estimated delivery dates based on your location. These timeframes are indicative and may be subject to change due to external factors beyond our control.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, sales or the festive season).
What should I do to avoid delivery delays?
Please make sure you provide a complete address, including house number and postcode, and a valid telephone number. If possible, please include an address where the courier can deliver during business hours.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
When you receive the package, we recommend checking immediately that everything is in perfect condition. In case of obvious damage or signs of tampering with the package, we advise you to refuse the delivery or accept it with a reservation. If you accept the package without reservation, you assume responsibility for the delivery, and in case of problems, we will not be able to make any changes or refunds.
Our Customer Service is always available to provide support and guidance on how to proceed as quickly as possible.
What happens if my order contains items from different warehouses?
Only if you are purchasing from the United States and your order contains multiple items, it may be delivered to you in separate shipments from different warehouses. We will provide you with a tracking link for each shipment. This means that you may not receive everything at the same time.

*Note: products from the warehouse in Italy destined for the US may be subject to additional costs depending on applicable regulations. You will be notified of import duties and taxes by the courier upon customs clearance and they are the recipient’s responsibility.
For orders placed from all other countries, except the United States, shipping always originates in Italy and is handled as a single delivery.
What happens if I'm not there at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is absent and delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to the sender. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package during the scheduled delivery window.
Which courier will deliver my order?
The choice of courier depends on the type of delivery (standard or express) and the delivery destination. The couriers we regularly work with are:
- Europe: UPS
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States: Mail Boxes Etc.
- Outside the EU and the rest of the world: FedEx
However, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers, at our discretion, to ensure the best possible service.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can associate multiple addresses with your account and choose different addresses for billing and delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?
Yes, in some countries you can choose to have your order delivered to a collection point. If available in your area, you can select your preferred location during checkout.
When your package is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. The time available for collection is limited and defined by the courier's policies.
I didn't collect my order from the collection point. What will happen?
If you do not collect your package within the timeframe established in the courier's policy, it will be returned to the sender. Once received at our warehouse, we will start the refund process.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed, using the same payment method used for the purchase. For more details, please see our refund policy.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, as the recipient's signature is always required for Proof of Delivery (POD).
