1. Accessibility requirements and applicable criteria
The requirements for digital accessibility are indicated in Legislative Decree No.82 of 27 May 2022, “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 17 April 2019, on the accessibility requirements of products and services”, which for technical aspects refers to the UNI EN 301549 standard.
Specifically, the website's compliance must be assessed against the criteria indicated in chapters 9 “Web” and 10 “Non-web content”, which refer to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level A+AA.
The four fundamental principles of digital accessibility, expressed by WCAG 2.1 are:
● Perceivable - Content is presented in a clear and understandable way.
● Operable - The interface is easily navigable by all users.
● Understandable - Information and operations are intuitive and easy to interpret.
● Robust - The site is compatible with the most common assistive technologies.
Referring to the aforementioned UNI EN 301549 standard, which clearly lists the 50 success criteria to consider when assessing website accessibility, technical analyses were conducted on the website's content, which includes both textual and non-textual information, downloadable documents and forms, and forms of two-way interaction, such as the processing of digital forms and the completion of authentication, identification, and payment processes.
Areas excluded from the application
Article 1, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 states that the provisions of the decree do not apply to the following website content and mobile applications:
● time-based media pre-recorded and published before 28 June 2025;
● office file formats published before 28 June 2025;
● online maps and cartography services, where essential information for maps intended for navigation is provided in accessible digital form;
● third-party content that is neither financed nor developed by the economic operator concerned nor subject to its control;
● website and mobile application content considered archived in the sense that it contains only content that has not been updated or reworked after 28 June 2025.
2. General description of the service
This site is aimed at the end consumer and offers a sales service for the UYN brand, giving the opportunity to discover, select and purchase the company's products for men, women and children.
Users can explore the site using filters, add items to their cart or wishlist, register to access their personal area, manage orders, returns, and personal details. In addition to providing a complete purchasing process, the site also allows you to subscribe to the newsletter, consult customer service, contact the company, find the nearest sales point, and learn more about the company.
3. How the service works
The site can be used on desktop, tablet and smartphone devices via the main web browsers currently on the market and is available in multiple languages.
The site's navigation is designed to be intuitive and consistent, with a main menu that provides direct access to the most relevant sections.
Below is an in-depth look at how the main services offered by the site work:
● Browse the products: the user can browse the different products on offer by accessing the menu items divided into women's, men's, and children's categories, and selecting the type of product they are interested in from the drop-down menu.
● Add products to favourites: the user can save products of interest by clicking on the dedicated icon in the product preview. All items added to your favourites are visible on the “Wishlist” page, accessible from the menu. From here you can add them to your cart or remove them.
● make a purchase: the user has the option to purchase the desired products by selecting the product of interest and clicking the "add to cart" button within the product sheet, after indicating the size. The product can also be added to the cart from the preview screen by clicking on the dedicated button and selecting the size and then the “Add to cart” button. To checkout, the user must click on the dedicated menu item at the top, proceed to the next checkout screen, log in or enter their details without registering, and select a payment method. Once all the fields have been filled in, you can submit your order and proceed with the purchase.
● access the reserved area: the site offers users the option to register and access their reserved area by selecting the item of interest from the menu in the header. On the dedicated pages, by entering the required information, the user has the option to access their reserved area or create an account.
● make a return: a return request can be made by both registered and unregistered users. Simply access the "Returns" section from the footer menu and fill out the dedicated form.
● navigate by search: You can directly search for a product by entering a keyword in the search bar at the top of the page.
● navigate using filters: within the product pages, the user can refine their search using different types of filters.
● make an information request: the user has the option to request information via a dedicated form accessible from the menu in the footer.
● consult customer service: the user can consult a FAQ page dedicated to customer service by clicking the dedicated menu item in the footer.
● subscribe to the newsletter: users can subscribe to the newsletter by selecting the dedicated area in the footer and filling out the registration form.
● find stores: users can search for their nearest store by accessing the store locator section in the footer. Within the dedicated page, by entering the location of interest, the user can view the filtered stores and consult the geolocation on the map, the opening hours, the address and the telephone number for each one.
● learn more about the brand: users can learn more about the brand by selecting the appropriate menu item and selecting their area of interest from the submenu.
4. Meeting accessibility requirements
Trerè Innovation s.r.l. Unipersonale has engaged a third-party digital accessibility expert to perform a technical audit of the compliance status of the website covered by this policy. Following this audit, a report was provided detailing the corrections and improvements needed to achieve compliance.
Website accessibility features considered available to the user include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Compatibility with assistive technologies (e.g. NVDA, Jaws)
● Keyboard navigation
● Appropriate colour contrasts
● Text alternatives for graphic and multimedia content
● Zooming and resizing fonts
● Subtitles for multimedia content and text transcriptions
● Control of animations and reduction of non-essential movements
● Clearly labelled forms and input fields for easy interaction
The accessibility of web content for users using assistive technologies, such as screen readers, alternative keyboards or voice commands, is also supported by the presence of ARIA attributes, which are useful for describing the role, state and properties of user interface elements, for communicating dynamic interactions (e.g. expandable menus, modals, sliders) to screen readers and for supporting keyboard navigation in complex components.

● some information does not have a logical hierarchy of element headers;
● some information and content relationships involved in formatting are not communicated in a form that assistive technologies can understand;
● some non-textual elements do not communicate their function;
● some textual information lacks semantic markup, making it difficult for screen readers to identify its semantic weight and use appropriate intonation;
● some visual information is not structured correctly in the code (such as lists or headings), which can impair navigation using assistive technologies and the interpretation of the content hierarchy;
● some information does not have adequate colour contrast;
● some content elements are not usable from the keyboard;
● some video content lacks content management controls, potentially interfering with screen readers or confusing users;
● some pages do not have a mechanism to skip content blocks that are repeated across multiple pages;
● in some sections, the order of the information consulted via keyboard is not consistent with the meaning of the content;
● some images with link functionality do not have alt attributes populated;
● some links do not communicate their purpose correctly and clearly;
● some content does not have visual cues for keyboard focus in some sections, which can make it difficult to know where you are when browsing without a mouse;
● in some cases the accessible name does not match or does not contain the visible label text;
● some components with the same functionality are not consistently identified;
● some form fields do not have descriptive text;
● some content does not have unique attributes.
5. Accessibility monitoring process
Trerè Innovation s.r.l. Unipersonale has paid particular attention to the service delivery process to ensure it meets the requirements set by digital accessibility regulations, also relying on the support of external consultants for the following activities:
● technical verification of website accessibility through a gap analysis;
● user testing of the main user flows, also using assistive technologies;
● analysis of technologies, plugins and third-party services implemented on the site;
● report of gaps and non-conformities detected by technical verification and testing;
● drafting of accessibility documentation available to the public;
● definition of internal policies and methods for managing support requests sent by users.
Trerè Innovation s.r.l. Unipersonale intends to evaluate the possibility of carrying out periodic technical checks to monitor the accessibility of the website over time, possibly with the help of third parties specialised in digital accessibility, in order to make any improvements that may arise, including those resulting from suggestions from users.
Technical checks are conducted by an external consultant specialising in accessibility, who uses technological tools that are always up-to-date with current regulations to review compliance in various ways: with semi-automatic code checks, through manual user tests, and with the aid of assistive technologies.
