First Screening of the Documentary Film and Post-Expedition Talk
On Saturday, 7 March, Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan hosted the premiere of the documentary film recounting Gabriele Arduini’s expedition, a 160 km self-supported journey on foot to the Arctic Circle.
Guests were invited to an exclusive preview ahead of the film’s official release in the coming days, and had the opportunity to meet our design team and discover how the bespoke garments developed for the expedition’s protagonists were conceived and brought to life.
Taking the stage, Arianna, UYN Apparel Designer, shared the story behind months of research, development and prototyping. Each piece was shaped around Gabriele’s needs, then progressively refined through extensive field testing.
Special thanks to Alpha One for their support throughout the project, providing the team with a crucial logistical base and standing by them during the most challenging moments of the journey.
